I am pleased to inform you all that Cisco had conducted Gold Partner Yearly Audit on 14 December 2021 by Mr David Saunder.
As a part of the Cisco Gold Program and Agreement, all Cisco Gold Partners must conduct a yearly audit through a third-party organization (NSF) assigned by Cisco. The audit focused on the partner capabilities, capacity & skills either in promoting cisco solutions, designing, implementing or delivering the right services with the proper project management with an excellent customer lifecycle experience.
Alhamdulillah, We had shown BTC value & strength in the market which was appreciated by the auditor & Cisco. I would like to thank Mr Rashed Khalifa for his wonderful leadership, guidance & confidence in the team who participated to complete this audit. Also, I extend my thanks to Mr Bahgat Mustafa, Mr Ahmed Younes & Mr Mohammed Aliuddin for their support.
