Baud Telecom Company (BTC Networks) uses cookies on its website. A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by the websites you visit. Cookies are used to operate the site, improve its performance, and provide the site owner with statistical information.
We do not collect sensitive personal data through our cookies, nor do we market any data obtained from them to any third party.
Types of cookies we use
We use three categories of cookies, all controllable from the "Manage cookies" panel:
- Strictly Necessary: required for the site to run and for session security. Cannot be disabled.
- Functional: remember your preferences (language, cookie choice) to improve your experience on return visits.
- Site Performance: help us understand how visitors interact with the site to improve it (Google Analytics).
Essential cookies
Used to operate the site and save session settings (such as language: Arabic or English) and to remember your cookie choice when you return. These cannot be disabled because they are necessary for the site to work.
Non-essential cookies
These run only with your consent given via the cookie bar.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to learn how many people visit the site and which pages they view, in order to improve the user experience. The data that may be collected includes: IP address (with last-octet anonymization enabled), browser type, operating system, device, general geographic location, and pages visited. Consent and browser settings
Non-essential cookies are processed only after the consent captured on your first visit through the cookie bar.
Most web browsers also let you control and delete cookies through their settings at any time. For more information visit aboutcookies.org.
Information sharing
We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising purposes. Aggregated, non-identifying visit data may be shared with:
- Technical service providers that help us operate the site and analyze its performance (such as Google Analytics).
- Relevant teams within the Company to improve site performance and services.
Profiling and automated decisions
The site does not create personal profiles and does not make automated decisions based on cookies.
Data retention
Session cookies are deleted automatically when you close your browser. Google Analytics data is deleted automatically after 26 months (the GA4 default). You can clear cookies from your device at any time via your browser settings.
Use of the site by children
The site is not intended for children under the age of 13, and does not knowingly collect personal information from this age group.
Links to other sites
The site may contain links to third-party sites (such as the Company's social-media accounts or partner links). Those sites are governed by independent privacy policies, and the Company is not responsible for their content or practices.
Subject to change
This notice may be updated from time to time as the site evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the latest revision, and we recommend reviewing it periodically.
Job applications and CVs
When you submit a job application through the website, we collect the following data with your explicit consent, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) issued by the Saudi Data & AI Authority:
- Full name (Arabic and English) and date of birth.
- Nationality, gender, specialization, and years of experience.
- Your CV (PDF) and any attached documents.
- The timestamp of your consent to process this data.
Purpose of collection: to evaluate your fit for the role you applied to and, where relevant, similar future openings. We do not use your data for any other purpose and do not sell it to any third party.
Retention period: your CV and application data are kept for a maximum of 6 months from the submission date, after which they are deleted automatically unless you agree to extend the retention.
Your rights: you may access, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@btc.com.sa with the subject "Applicant data deletion request".
Security: CVs are stored on secure servers located inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and are accessed only by authorised HR staff.
